Vacature: Human Resources Business Partner
Locatie: Hybride, standplaats Hoofddorp
Uren: 32-40 uur

Als toekomstige HR Business Partner werk je samen met collega’s in Duitsland en Litouwen om te groeien, te innoveren en écht impact te maken op onze cultuur en ons bedrijf - en zo bij te dragen aan ons gezamenlijke succes.

Wat ga je doen?
Wij zoeken een strategische HRBP die meedenkt met de business en een vertrouwde adviseur wordt voor Service Line Managers (SLM’s) en Technical Service Leads (TSL’s). Jij bent het aanspreekpunt dat hen begeleidt in belangrijke people processen, leiderschapsvraagstukken en dagelijkse uitdagingen. Je zorgt er ook voor dat onze People Agenda 2026/2027 wordt omgezet naar concrete acties binnen alle Service Lines, met zichtbaar effect op onze manier van werken, cultuur en performance.

Jouw rol:

• Optreden als strategische sparringpartner over thema’s zoals capaciteit, skills, performance, cultuur en teamdynamiek.
• De People Agenda 2026/2027 vertalen naar duidelijke prioriteiten en uitvoering binnen de Service Lines.
• Leiderschap versterken: feedback, performance, talent, groei en lastige gesprekken.
• Talentreviews, growth cycle kwaliteit, opvolging en ontwikkelacties leiden.
• Begeleiden van verzuim en duurzame inzetbaarheid, inclusief complexe casussen, en gerichte interventies inzetten wanneer nodig.
• Sturen op basis van people data: patronen herkennen, 1–3 concrete acties bepalen en de impact monitoren.
• Het HR model orkestreren over Recruitment, HR Services en de HR Pool voor een consistente employee experience.

Your profile

Wat breng je mee?
• Een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in HRM, Organisatiepsychologie, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
• Minimaal 5+ jaar relevante HRervaring, waarvan minstens 3 jaar als HR Business Partner of HR Advisor.
• Sterke business sense en het vermogen om inzichten te vertalen naar besluiten.
• Consultancy- en partnershipvaardigheden: uitdagen, begeleiden en beïnvloeden zonder formele autoriteit.
• Ervaring met organisatieverandering, leiderschapsontwikkeling en kernprocessen binnen HR.
• Stevige basis in arbeidsrecht: performance, beloning en verzuim.
• Sterke presentatievaardigheden om onze People Agenda krachtig over te brengen op verschillende niveaus.
• Ondernemende mindset en eigenaarschap: bij Macaw doen we wat we zeggen en leveren we kwaliteit.
• Je werkt gemakkelijk met verschillende HR systemen en maakt graag data gedreven beslissingen - ervaring met tools zoals AFAS is een grote plus.
• Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
