Vacature: Recruitment Stagiair

Locatie: Hoofddorp

Uren: 32-40 uur

Binnen het People-team van Macaw is elke dag anders en vol dynamiek! We zijn professionals vol ideeën en zoeken een Recruitment Stagiair die ons komt versterken. Als stagiair in ons team help je bij bij lopende recruitmenttaken en verbeterprojecten om onze processen verder te optimaliseren. Het team bestaat uit HR- en Recruitment Businesspartners, een HR-admin, een Learning & Development-specialist en een People Lead. Samen hebben we één doel: het aantrekken en behouden van het juiste talent binnen onze branche.

Wat ga je doen?

Tijdens je stage doe je ervaring op met onder andere:

Het zoeken naar IT talent in vakgebieden zoals Data, M365, Cloud en meer;
Het opstellen van effectieve LinkedIn-berichten;
Het begeleiden van het sollicitatieproces, van vacatureplaatsing, het inplannen van gesprekken tot het geven van feedback en het bijhouden van het ATS-systeem;
Het verbeteren van het recruitmentproces: denk aan het updaten van onze werkenbij-pagina en het ATS;
Het oppakken van ad-hoc taken met een frisse en innovatieve blik;
Ondersteuning bij het omzetten van onze employer branding initiatieven naar een doorlopend proces. Hier komt jouw creativiteit goed van pas. We staan open voor nieuwe ideeën en oplossingen – die zijn meer dan welkom!

Wie ben jij?

Je volgt een opleiding in de richting van Human Resource Management, Bedrijfskunde, Organisatiepsychologie of een vergelijkbare studie;
Je bent enthousiast om je academische kennis toe te passen op het gebied van talent acquisition en HR;
Je houdt ervan om je werkdag te organiseren en structureren, zodat je resultaat ziet aan het einde van de dag;
Je hebt een ondernemende instelling en een hands-on mentaliteit;
Je werkt graag in teamverband, denkt mee, pakt taken op en doet mee aan leuke activiteiten zoals tafeltennis, padel of andere spontane teamuitjes;
Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands én Engels;
Je bent beschikbaar voor 32 tot 40 uur per week.
