Vacature: HR-Stagiair
Locatie: Hoofddorp
Uren: 32 – 40 uur

Ben jij op zoek naar een stage waar je écht impact kunt maken, midden in een team van ervaren HR-professionals? Bij Macaw krijg je de kans om mee te draaien op een dynamische HR-afdeling, mee te denken over verbeteringen én jezelf te ontwikkelen in een internationale en mensgerichte organisatie.

Jouw uitdaging
Geen dag is hetzelfde in ons People team. We zijn volop in beweging en kunnen jouw frisse blik en organisatietalent goed gebruiken! Jij ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende dagelijkse werkzaamheden én helpt bij het verbeteren van onze processen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan:

Beheren van de HR-mailbox en verwerken van in- en uitdiensttredingen;
Meewerken aan strategische HR-projecten, zoals ons Growth & Reward-programma;
Verbeterideeën aandragen voor ons onboardingproces;
Ondersteunen bij het analyseren van de eNPS-resultaten;
Meekijken bij exitgesprekken en het signaleren van trends;
En... wil jij een stagiair-community opzetten? Pak vooral je kans en geef er je eigen draai aan!

Over jouw team
Je komt terecht in een ervaren, enthousiast en hecht team, bestaande uit HR- en Recruitment Business Partners, een HR Administrator, een Learning & Development Specialist en een People Lead. We werken nauw samen, hebben korte lijnen en geloven in leren door te doen. Je werkt niet alleen met collega’s in Nederland, maar ook in Duitsland en Litouwen.

Wat breng jij mee?

Je volgt een hbo- of wo-opleiding in Human Resources, Bedrijfskunde, A&O Psychologie of iets vergelijkbaars;
Je bent nieuwsgierig, zelfstandig en niet bang om initiatief te nemen;
Je vindt samenwerken belangrijk en draagt graag bij aan een fijne werksfeer;
Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands én Engels;

Wat kun je van ons verwachten?

Een leerzame stage met échte verantwoordelijkheden;
Persoonlijke begeleiding en ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen;
Een stagevergoeding en reiskostenvergoeding;

2 vrije dagen per maand;
Hybride werken: deels op kantoor in Hoofddorp, deels vanuit huis.
