Wat ga je doen als Cloud Engineer
De Cloud Engineers van Macaw vormen een hechte groep professionals die in een no-nonsense setting met elkaar de beste Microsoft Azure Cloud infrastructuur realiseren. Wij werken voor (internationale) klanten en ondersteunen hen bij het bouwen en verbeteren van de stabiliteit, beschikbaarheid en security van hun Microsoft Azure Cloud infrastructuur.
Als Cloud Engineer ben je betrokken bij het opzetten, inrichten, monitoren, beheren en ondersteunen van de op Microsoft Azure Cloud gebaseerde IaaS en PaaS omgevingen. Dit doe je samen met jouw team, bestaande uit een groep van 30 Engineers, Consultants en Architecten.
Wellicht ontpop jij je wel tot de GO-TO person voor één van onze klanten en word jij als rechterhand van de Service Delivery Manager het 1e aanspreekpunt voor jouw klant. Uiteraard kun je jezelf binnen Macaw technisch verder ontwikkelen, doorgroeien naar specialist op het gebied van Azure Architecture, Azure Networking, Cloud Security of Azure DevOps. Zo kun je jouw carrière naar Azure Architect of Technisch Consultant optimaal voortzetten, assessments en workshops houden en klanten adviseren.

Jouw profiel
Uiteraard kun je je bij Macaw verder ontwikkelen, maar om direct op de huidige projecten te worden ingezet neem je onderstaande ervaring en kennis mee:
- Minimaal een afgeronde MBO-4 opleiding, richting ICT
- Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring als System Engineer, Cloud Engineer een Cloud of on premises omgeving
- Ervaring met ITIL en Agile
- Het zou mooi zijn als je al wat kennis hebt van PowerShell, Bicep, CI/CD, IAM of ARM templates maar geen vereiste.
- Het is daarnaast een pre als je ervaring hebt met monitoringstools zoals SCOM.
- Je bent in het bezit van de Microsoft Fundamentals certificeringen (AZ-900, MS-900 of AZ-104) of bereid deze te behalen na start in het team.
