Your mission
We are constantly brainstorming fresh ideas and working together on various recruitment and HR initiatives, all while overseeing multiple internal projects. Rest assured, you will not be left alone in this. Alongside the Recruitment partner, you will have the support of an HRBP, an HR Admin, a Learning & Development specialist, and a People lead. On a broader scale, you will become part of our international team, collaborating with colleagues across borders in Germany and Lithuania.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process: from managing your daily collaboration with the hiring managers to sourcing and onboarding new colleagues.
- Stakeholder management: be a trusted partner for our hiring managers and advising them on each interview step; sharing market insights and stats to manage the expectations and meet the hiring needs.
- Update our career page, job boards, social networks, and platforms and make sure we communicate our values and culture to attract the right candidates; look for alternative ways to source untapped candidates and expand the talent pool.
- Look for improvements to our ongoing processes, apply new strategies and techniques.
- Candidate experience is the key: you treat every candidate as our customer and turn them into a potential team member.
- Transform our employer branding initiative into a continuous process: establish a close relationship with different departments and gain insights for our employee blog and related initiatives.
- Participate in tech events, user groups, and conferences to represent Macaw employer brand: assist managers in organizing the onsite events at the Macaw office. If events are held externally, take charge of printing and preparing all related materials.
